We had an amazing time with the grape harvest experience, and the breakfast was an incredible spread! The cozy barrel room was even nicer than the photos portrayed. Would absolutely return!

Great wine tasting experience!
We spent the night in a cool wine barrel room, which was such a unique experience! The wine tasting was solid, with a nice variety, even had a fancy glass for two, LOL. The views were stunning, and the restaurant had good food too. Honestly, the tour was a bit short, though. Would've liked it to be longer!

Unique Wine Barrel Experience in the Douro
Staying in a wine barrel room was an unforgettable experience! Surrounded by lush vineyards, the comfort was amazing, and the cozy atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. The complimentary wine tasting was a delightful perk, showcasing a fantastic selection of high-quality wines. However, the humidity in the room was a bit of an issue, and a dehumidifier would definitely enhance comfort.

Perfect for Couples Embracing Adventure
Really good service from arrival to departure,, really made our stay lovely. We enjoyed a private wine tasting session with Hugo,, and he shared fascinating stories about the vineyard that transformed our experience.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but it was still acceptable for what we received.

Our family had a lovely time staying in a cozy Double Room overlooking the vineyards. The hotel offers engaging wine courses and cooking workshops that we enjoyed as a family. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh, high-quality food, and the staff was super friendly.
My kids wished there was a safe play area for them to enjoy outdoors. It would be great for families to have more dedicated spaces for kids to explore.

The Deluxe Bungalow with Garden View was spacious and comfortable, featuring a private bathroom, minibar, and a lovely seating area. The breakfast had various organic juices and freshly baked pastries. We also enjoyed a complimentary wine tour, where the guide informed us about winemaking. The grounds had beautiful views of the vineyard, perfect for strolling around.

I really loved that I got to enjoy a fantastic dinner in a cozy setting while also taking part in a memorable wine and port tasting experience. The outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to relax and unwind after exploring the vineyards. The only minor downside was that the room could have used a bit more natural light, but it didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment! 🍷

The Wine House Hotel, Quinta Da Pacheca offers an incredible blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, providing a fantastic view of the scenic vineyard landscape. The staff were efficient and went above and beyond to assist with my business needs, including setting up presentation equipment seamlessly. The breakfast boasted a variety of options, including fresh pastries and organic juices, making for a perfect start to the day.
Limited dinner options were somewhat disappointing.

missingWrote a review on Apr 20stunning vineyard viewslong check-in processextra charges for amenities
Stunning vineyard views enhance the stay.
I was disappointed by the check-in process, which took far longer than expected. The spa facilities come at an extra charge, despite being hotel guests, which felt unfair after a long day of travel. Additionally, there was a lack of attention to individual guest needs, making us feel overlooked during our stay.
